Practice mindfulness at work when considering your posture at your computer. You may even start to notice the stiffness and soreness in your body when you do so. Pause with me for some stretches. This is a very short amount of time for yourself, but we have to start somewhere! Your body, your health, and your mental health are worth it. Start a movement and get your co-workers to join you!
